This Privacy Policy applies to the Trustro marketing website (trustro.com). The Trustro EMR application (app.trustro.com) is governed by our Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA policies. The marketing website does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI).
When you submit a form on this site (demo requests, contact forms), we collect the information you provide: name, email address, practice name, specialty, and current EMR. This information is used to schedule demos and communicate about Trustro products.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule product demonstrations, and send relevant product information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Form submissions are processed through our CRM and stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.
This marketing website does not handle PHI. Any form that requires patient data redirects to the Trustro application (app.trustro.com), which is HIPAA-scoped. A signed Business Associate Agreement is available at every pricing tier.
