By accessing or using Trustro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a healthcare organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Trustro provides a cloud-based electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management platform. The service includes patient management, scheduling, clinical charting, billing and claims processing, lab order management, and AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.
Trustro maintains HIPAA compliance for all protected health information processed through the application. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required and available at every pricing tier. The marketing website (trustro.com) does not process PHI.
Trustro includes AI agents (Scribe, Suggest, Agent) that assist clinical workflows. These tools provide recommendations and draft outputs. The licensed practitioner retains full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and signing all clinical documentation. AI outputs are not a substitute for clinical judgment.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Trustro. We do not use your clinical data to train AI models. Data is stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure and can be exported at any time.
